With a presence in Chile, Peru and Colombia, Mallplaza's urban centers were
created with the conviction of improving the quality of life for people in
areas far from the city center. Today, after over three decades and constant
evolution, we continue to deliver places strategically located for social
encounter with multiple visiting purposes and the constant incorporation of
new and diverse uses.
Throughout our history we have been capable of permanent evolution to make our
spaces city hubs with multiple uses and reasons to visit them, along with a
powerful retail proposition and with people and their wellbeing at the core of
what we do, responding to our purpose of simplifying their lives to enjoy them
more.
Currently, 36% of our value proposition is destined to retailtainment,
such as entertainment, restaurants, cafés, spaces for socializing, vehicle
sales, medical facilities, education centers, gyms, offices, finance boulevard
and services, and we continue to add new categories such as
coworking and residential leases, which we know are becoming very
important, now and in the future. In addition, we are making swift progress
with our omnichannel strategy, including Click & Collect and Pit Stop.
