In accordance with the strategy of aligning executives with shareholders’ interests and as part of a long-term business
strategy, the Board has approved an incentives plan for the CEO and other members of the Executive Team.
Individual and group targets are determined at the start of each period, in terms of return on investment, results statements
and specific performance indicators, which are divided into two components: short term and long term (three years). In this
way, the incentives plan considers qualitative and quantitative variables that are both internal as well as external to Mallplaza,
in line with the company’s strategy.
To determine the variable compensation for the period, or performance bonus for the CEO and other members of the Executive Team, compliance with Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) such as the following is measured: profits (ROA in management); performance assessment; EBITDA;
measurement of Regional ESG Regional (Environment, Social, Governance); Strategic NPS; physical and online sales;
Tenants NPS; and density of Regional Talent.
